New Cancellation Policy

In response to changing market conditions, Manhattan Inn Airport Hotel is committed to ensuring that our customers have flexibility during these difficult times, especially when booking their stay with us. As a Hotel we are adapting to the worldwide cancellation policies due to COVID 19 for which we are expanding our flexible booking policies as follows:

  • Guests who have existing reservations for any future arrival date, including bookings with prepaid rates, which are usually more restrictive, will be allowed to modify them completely or cancel them free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. This will apply until 31 December 2021. Please note that any changes to existing bookings will be subject to availability and fare differences.
  • Guests who booked through travel agents or OTA’s should contact their booking providers directly to make any change requests.
  • If a guest is unable to travel to our country due to airport closures, the hotel will waive all cancellation fees. Guest must informed our hotel that they are not able to travel due to airport closing. On the other hand, we reaffirm our commitment to permanently monitor the recommendations and protocols of the Ministry of Health of Peru (MINSA) and the World Health Organization (WHO), to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff, in order to provide the necessary assistance in the face of any eventuality

What every guest should be aware prior arrival to our hotel

Check in

  • Your temperature will be digitally checked before being registered. If there is a temperature higher than 101F (38 C) and you report any COVID-19 symptoms, you will not be able to enter our facilities. We will assist you by calling an external doctor for evaluation.
  • A footbath (disinfectant tray) has been implemented for the disinfection of the solefootwear, which will be located at the front door of the entrance of the hotel. You will receive antibacterial gel for your hands.
  • The guest’s luggage, handles, tires and other items, will be disinfected.
  • We have signs in common areas and waiting areas, marking a separation of 2 meters between guest, in order to respect social distancing parameters when having to sign the online pre-checking-in form, according to protocol.
  • The pre-check-in previously carried out online (at the time you make your reservation) will be printed and you only have to sign it, an exclusive pen (disinfected) will be used for the signature of the document.
  • Your room keys and the TV remote control will be properly disinfected.
  • Our staff will take your bags to your room, after disinfection according to protocol.During the stay
  • Guests that leave their room may got other assigned common areas, always respecting the social distancing with the other guests and staff members, and wearing their mask.
  • Any food request, among other requests, must be solicited by calling our front desk.
  • The food will be delivered to the door of your room (without having contact with the staff), and once you finish with your meal, you must inform the frontdesk to remove trays and plates, which must be left at the door for one of our staff members to pick up.

Checkout

  • You must notify the front desk of your departure time.
  • The guest will be informed (by a call from front desk) that the additional consumption of services must be paid virtually.
  • The guest will be informed (by a call from front desk) that they must leave their luggage by the door of their room.
  • The maintenance staff will take the luggage to the lobby upon disinfection of the handles.
  • The guest will be asked to leave the key and remote control at a designated location at the front desk for disinfection.
  • The guest will be informed that the invoice will be issued electronically and will be sent to their email.
